There are several different styles of crystal gifts, trophies, awards and prizes to choose from in order to honor those employees, volunteers or community members who have meant so much to a businesses or group's success.

Retirement is a great accomplishment for employees or volunteers and a beautiful crystal award with a Quartz time piece set inside could make a nice gift of appreciation for an individual's service to a company. Representing time, clocks are a show of time spent with a business and the crystal surrounding it shows the wonderful success a company has experienced with that person.

Optical or clear crystal trophies and awards could be molded into a five-point star to commemorate a super achievement within the company. Other shapes for crystal rewards include mountain peaks to signify a limb to the top with a company; pyramid shapes of solid crystal and a pyramid shape, also to show a climb to the summit with a company.

Achievement rewards and crystal trophies come in the shape of stairs or small blocks for those workers or other people within the company that have met a goal they set which are known as goal setter trophies.

Instead of the clear crystal trophies and gifts, they could be planned with a frosting or coloring to joy of the receiver. Besides the color, several of the crystal gift and award companies will engrave the person's name and date or the name of the award on to the face of the crystal for a more commemorative piece.

An employer may choose to honor their workers with a more practical piece of crystal like a crystal vase, crystal biscuit jar, crystal candy dish and various size bowels, crystal serving platters and plates and crystal drinking glass sets and crystal candle holders.

In addition, whatever type of business a company is in, such as a movie theater or a dog grooming business, crystal trophies or a recognition piece could be molded and crafted to represent that business. For example, the movie theater may hand out awards made from crystal in the shape of a strip of film or a tub of popcorn to their employees who go above and beyond the call of duty and a dog groomers might have their crystal pieces to honor their employees in the shape of a dog but have the back hollowed out for a candy dish.

Showing appreciation for an employee, volunteer, loyal customer, vendor or anyone who has helped a business through the good and the bad times could be rewarded with more loyalty and continued superb service. Crystal awards are the perfect piece to pass between an employer and employee or others in recognition of their great job and the companies continued successes.
